How heart points are being calculated in Google fit?

 We are all familiar with different fitness and activity trackers. When it comes to physical activity, experts says more movement is great but more movement with great intensity is best. Not all of our familiar fitness and activity trackers are not able to emphasize the difference. This problem is solved by the redesign of google fit which has launched a new measure called heart points. Heart points are calculated for each minute of activity that gets our heart pumping, like brisk walk. It takes only 30 minutes of brisk walking five days to reach the recommended amount of physical activity proven to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep and increase overall mental well being.  The app measures the heart points and move minutes  using phone or watch sensor, like accelerometer and GPS.
